Furthermore contained in this new image release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling various parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
